Insurtech awarded top honors in Customer Service Transformation category
Industry-leading insurtech Zywave has won five Stevie Awards in the in the 19th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. The recognition includes highest honors, Gold in the category of Customer Service Transformation for the company’s unprecedented improvement in customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and innovation.

Winners were determined by the average scores of 176 professionals worldwide on seven specialized judging committees. This year’s winners will be celebrated during a gala event attended by more than 400 professionals from around the world at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City on April 10, 2025.
